I can read people like a book and in my honest opinion Enrique is a genuine person and a true real estate professional who ACTUALLY listens to what your saying, which is a novelty these days. Enrique went well beyond the line of duty while helping me look for a home - finding and emailing me new MLS listings at 11pm, helping me tour houses last-minute...even making pro-con lists with me when I became overly indecisive. As a 1st time homebuyer, I came up with ~100 questions per day, and Enrique was always just a call or text away, happy to do extra research on septic tanks or mortgage rates or the age of a roof. The amount of time he spent helping me and communicating with me made me feel like I was his only client, even on his busiest days. When I finally found "THE house" he got us in well under the list price, and when the sellers weren’t willing to fix all of the findings from the inspection, Enrique not only helped get me into contact with the right repair services, but even offered to help me cover some of the costs to help put my mind at ease. Seriously, talk about “above and beyond.” He called on my behalf to help me navigate the arduous mortgage process, let me bounce ideas off of him for everything from home insurance quotes to paint and flooring choices, and stayed on top of all of the moving parts of the process easily and seamlessly…I can go on and on. I was lucky to find Enrique and recommend him to ANYONE looking to find their dream home, ESPECIALLY first time home buyers who need a little more hand holding. (And even months later after move-in, he’s still checking in, helping find repair/handymen, etc. C’mon, what other realtor does that?!)
